Student Project with PUMA
As part of the Luxury, Fashion & Sales Management Master Program at ISM, students worked on a semester-long project in collaboration with PUMA, focusing on organizational change and transformation.
Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Christiane Beyerhaus, the student teams addressed real business challenges and developed strategic change management approaches, gaining hands-on insights into how a global brand navigates complex transformation processes.
Some of the key findings included insights into effective change communication, the importance of leadership alignment and the role of organizational culture in successfully driving transformation.
The project allowed the students to bridge theory and practice, strengthen their analytical and problem-solving skills and gain a deeper understanding of working on a real-world case. Collaborating with professionals and receiving continuous feedback made the project particularly meaningful.
